Emotional Well-being in Changing Times

While many things are outside of our control, there are some ways we can prioritize and protect our emotional well-being to manage stress and prevent burnout. This session explores the current state of emotional well-being and provides actionable strategies and interactive exercises to help you push back.

We’ll look at how to check in with yourself and others, burnout warning signs, the power of humour, joy & connection, creating psychological safety and reminding yourself what matters most. Available in 1 hour and 2 hour format, online or in-person.

Intro to Equity, Inclusion + Belonging at Work

For companies that are new to learning about equity and inclusion, this session explores some of the key barriers that prevent belonging at work. We’ll look at how systemic barriers, biases, power imbalances and more can get in the way of creating a truly inclusive workplace and how you can collaborate to create meaningful change in your organization. Available in a 1 hour format, 2 hour format or as a series of events, online or in-person.
